As part-time resident of Montauk, I saw the need for a locally owned, female-led, family-run company that could provide exceptional property management and care for homes across Long Island. With GMC Estate Solutions, I set out to offer a service that not only ensures properties are immaculate but also carefully managed throughout the year, from peak season to off-season.
My journey began with GMC Influence, a marketing company I founded to support local businesses across Long Island and NYC. Through my work in marketing, I came to the East End and saw an opportunity to support home and rental property owners by combining my expertise in digital marketing with hands-on property management. I understand the importance of ensuring that a property not only looks pristine in person but also reflects that quality online. After years of travel, I’ve learned that cleanliness and consistency between online images and in-person experience are what truly matter to guests.
With GMC Estate Solutions, I’m able to bring together professional marketing, high-quality photography, and top-tier property care. This approach has been shown to boost bookings by up to 20% while fostering repeat business, referrals, and long-term guest loyalty.
